Bookkeeping
Recording of business transactions, Invoicing, accounts receivable and cash positions, accounts payable, cash ledger and basic reconciling. This service will be limited to transactional gathering and entering financial transactions. Monthly coding and reconciliations of bank and credit cards. Cost is reflected by number of transactions.
CFO SERVICES
This is a financial Assessment, more than just a basic preparation and review of financials. The Financial Assessment will breakdown all financials and structure the numbers so the client may see categorical and historical data for at least 3 years. This includes a financial deep dive to see how the business can grow by pinpointing discretionary spending and categorical averages. By utilizing this service, a company will be able to correctly project yearly earnings, expenses and tailor tax strategy.

This is billed hourly. This service is for clients who need help with strategized books, and consultation on proper bookkeeping including but not limited to training in QuickBooks. (Minimum one hour billed)
